How do I know when to top up my minerals?
Use the Theralux Minerals Test Strips, by simply dipping the test strip into the water and entering the results into the online Top Up calculator.
Alternatively, you can contact one our Authorised Dealers for a full pool water health check.
How often should I test for minerals in my pool and spa?
We recommend testing for minerals once a month in pool and every 2 weeks in spa.
Where can I purchase the Essential Earth Minerals?
Check the Where to Buy section on the website, to find your closets stockiest, they are available throughout Australia and New Zealand
Do I need to add salt as well as the Minerals?
Yes, we do not blend our minerals with salt, this is why you need to add it separately.
The benefits of adding minerals and salt separately is that your mineral pool will be much more affordable and easier to maintain.
Does every mineral pool contain salt?
Yes. However, some may use potassium as a replacement to salt, by the effect is the same. Once potassium goes across the cells plates, it converts to hypochlorous acid.
